Open the Mod Manager, refresh the list, and toggle the Sugoi Dekai mod to "On."

Unlike early versions of the mod, the "Cheng Ren" update often includes refined breast physics and cloth deformation to make the character's movements more realistic.

Download the "1 P Cheng Ren UPD" archive (usually a .rar or .7z file).
