The DPI tool often uses the GoldHEN payload server to send files. Sending multiple payloads in one session can cause the PS4's download service to re-initialize incorrectly, leading to a crash or "Get Info" failure.

If the PC and PS4 are on different networks or if the PC's IP address has changed, the PS4 may be unable to "talk back" to the server.

If the DPI internal payload remains unstable, you can use the classic homebrew: Download and launch the RPI app on your PS4. Keep the RPI app open in the foreground.
