Always run the RAR file through an antivirus before extracting.
When your Epson L3250 displays a "Service Required" message, it usually means the internal waste ink pads are full. These pads collect excess ink during cleaning cycles. For safety, the printer locks itself to prevent ink from leaking onto your desk.
Find this option under the "Maintenance" section and click OK. Check and Initialize: Check the box for Main Pad Counter . Click Check to see the current usage. Click Initialize to reset the counter to zero.

Do not attempt a reset over Wi-Fi. Use a physical cable. Open AdjProg.exe: Run the application as an Administrator. Select Model: Click the "Select" button and choose L3250 .
