Open the Adjustment Program folder on your Windows PC.

Locate and select Waste ink pad counter from the list and click OK. Check and Initialize:

Click the Select button and choose "L6290" from the dropdown menu.

Right-click AdjProg.exe and select "Run as Administrator."

The printer uses a digital counter to estimate when these pads are full.
