Type the IP address or name of your main server. If you are on the server itself, you can use "Localhost".
If the default credentials do not work, the password has likely been changed. You can reset it using the following methods: Method 1: Modifying Configuration Files (Server Admin) To reset the password without a current one:
Navigate to Start > All Programs > Genetec Security Center > Config Tool .
